THIS INSURANCE
POLICY COVERS: Bodily injury which
may be caused to third parties, due to false diagnosis or false
therapy, wrong medication or mishandling of medical equipment,
provided that the author of the mistake is a member of the
scientific, administrative or the auxiliary staff of the insured
clinic or hospital.
Material damage caused to property items of third parties,
for which the clinic or the hospital is liable.
